Below are some theme and menu ideas for cooking classes/cooking parties. You can choose one of these or tell us what you’d like to learn. We’ll work together to create the perfect class or party for you!

“Schnitzel, Spaetzle and Strudel” – Jagerschnitzel, Spaetzle with cabbage and cheese, Apfelstrudel

“An Indian Feast” – Savory chickpea flour pancakes, Chicken Kabuli, Rice pilaf, Saag paneer, Kheer

“Pasta Making” – seasonal dishes such as Lasagna Bolognese, Artichoke Lasagna, Fettucine with asparagus and chicken in dijon-basil cream and many others, made with fresh, homemade pasta

“A French Country Meal” – Duck confit with red wine sauce, Fennel mashed potatoes, Endive with lardons and poached eggs, Tarte tatin

“A Romantic Dinner” – Filet mignon with Roquefort-walnut sauce, Truffled duchesse potatoes, Baked radicchio and Belgian endive, Molten chocolate cake

“Pasta Sauces” – seasonal sauces such as The best meatballs and tomato sauce; Mushroom, prosciutto and cream, Roasted butternut squash, thyme and garlic; Chicken, cucumber, lime and crème fraiche

“Thai Favorites” – Tom kha kai, Chicken with red curry, Thai corn fritters, Pad thai, Thai iced tea

“Pesto presto!” – 4 types of pesto…Genovese, Trapanese, Sun-dried tomato, Cilantro-pumpkin seed

“Brunchtime!” – Eggs Benedict, Zucchini frittata, Crepes, Maple glazed baked apple cider doughnuts

“Risotto and Gnocchi” – Risotto with porcini mushrooms, Potato gnocchi with tomato butter sauce

“Classic French Desserts” – Tarte tatin, Molten chocolate cake w/ pistachio crème anglaise, Profiteroles w/ice cream and warm chocolate sauce, Crepes Suzette

“Showstopper Desserts” – Chocolate truffle filled chocolate-almond cake, Strawberry cream cake

Payment and cancellation policy:

For payments, we use Paypal to book our classes and parties and accept all major credit cards.

Payments for classes or parties that do not require a rented venue are due one week prior to class or party date.

Payments for parties or events that require a rented venue are due three weeks prior to party or event date.

Classes or parties that do not require a rented venue may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to class/party date for a full refund.

Classes or parties (or any guest or guests of a party) that do not require a rented venue and cancel less than 4 days prior to the class/party are non-refundable.

Parties/events that require a rented venue may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to party/event date for a full refund.

Parties/events (or any guest or guests of a party) that require a rented venue and cancel less than two weeks prior to the party/event are non-refundable.
